Update: The 2025 NIRSA Canada Conference in Kelowna, BC has been cancelled due to low enrollment. 

The Conference planning committee is working to put together a great line-up of sessions and networking opportunities.

What you can do now:

1. Submit your presentation proposal to present at conference.
2. Book your hotel through link on hotel & travel page.
3. Budget for conference based on registration pricing (on registration page), hotel costs (can book now through link on hotel page) and travel cost.

It’s Design Time!

Calling all Campus Recreation Students and Professionals. Show off your creativity and design skills. We are looking for original t-shirt designs that capture the spirit of Campus Recreation for our 2025 Conference Shirts.

How to Enter:

1. Design: Create a one-of-a-kind t-shirt design that embodies Campus Recreation
2. Submit: Email your design in PNG, JPEG or PDF format to [email protected]
3. Deadline: All entries must be submitted by November 15th, 2024

Rules:

• Your design must include “NIRSA”
• It should mention the Canada Regional Conference
• Refer to the list of shirt colours here
• The design should be one-sided (front of the shirt only)
• You can use up to three colors in your print

The winner will receive a complimentary registration for the Canada Regional Conference February 19-21, 2025 hosted by UBCO in Kelowna, BC.
